Commercial model

How G9x is paid, stated plainly.

An intermediary that will not explain its own economics is asking for a lot of trust. Here is the mechanism — every part of it except the rate itself, which is masked from customers, providers and forwarders alike by the same rule that protects theirs.

The mechanism

One total, one fee, no side payments.

  1. 01

You are quoted one all-in total

A published route plan carries a single customer total. The legs underneath it, what each provider charged, and what G9x earns are not part of what you are shown — you compare plans on the number you will actually pay.

  2. 02

G9x is paid a fee on the sourced cost

We are paid a fee calculated on the cost we source from the provider network, added to that cost to form your total. We are not paid by providers, so nothing steers an RFQ toward one carrier over another.

  3. 03

Providers pay nothing to be here

There is no listing fee, no subscription and no paid placement. Which providers receive an RFQ is decided by capability profile — modes, countries, equipment, facilities, lanes — and nothing else.

  4. 04

    Forwarders keep their own markup

A forwarder sets its own price on top and keeps it. That markup is visible to the forwarder alone — hidden from its customer and from the carriers underneath.

  5. 05

Invoicing and payment are manual, by design

Invoices are raised and payments recorded by a person under legal review. There is no automated collection, escrow, wallet or FX until legal sign-off.

What we deliberately do not publish

No rate search. No price table. No provider directory.

These absences are decisions, not gaps — each one protects a confidentiality guarantee we have made to somebody.

Why is there no rate calculator on this site?
Because publishing one would mean publishing provider commercials we are contractually bound to seal, and because a single number cannot honestly describe a multimodal, multi-border move whose customs, port and insurance legs are priced against the specific cargo. A rate box would be a marketing device, not a quote.
So how fast do I get a real number?
RFQs go out as soon as the request is legged, and plans come back when providers have priced them — usually within hours rather than days. What you get is a comparable plan, not an indicative figure that changes at booking.
Do you mark up the providers you own or favour?
We do not own carriers and providers do not pay us for placement, so there is nothing to favour. Which providers receive an RFQ is decided by capability profile alone.
Will I see what each provider charged?
No — and neither will they see each other, or what you were ultimately charged. You compare plans on the total you will pay. That symmetry is what lets providers quote their real number instead of a defensive one.

Send us a real shipment and we will send back real plans.

No instant guesses, and nothing to unwind at booking.
